Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Join a locally owned pharmacy to provide health, beauty and convenience services to your community. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and health‑care providers, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while delivering professional pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescriptions and over‑the‑counter products.
• Provide counseling on medications, ensure privacy and consent compliance, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Control access to the dispensary, monitor inventory, and handle expired or controlled substances according to regulations.
• Maintain a clean, professional pharmacy environment and support financial reporting as needed.
• Document and report any medication or privacy incidents.

Required profile

• Independent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Proven track record of driving business performance and supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Adherence to health and safety procedures and ongoing continuing education.
