About the role

Join a locally owned pharmacy to provide health, beauty and convenience services to your community. As a Pharmacist you will manage daily operations, dispense medication, and offer professional counseling to customers and health‑care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations while on duty, ensuring accurate dispensing and compliance with federal/provincial regulations.
• Provide prescription counseling, over‑the‑counter advice, and professional services within your scope.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality, handling consent and record‑keeping according to legislation.
• Control access to the dispensary, review workflow queues, and monitor inventory, including expired stock and controlled substances reporting.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure the pharmacy’s appearance reflects a professional image and support financial reporting as needed.
• File incident reports for medication or privacy issues and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Independent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Proven capability to drive business performance and support enterprise programs.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Strong personal computing proficiency and willingness to complete mandatory training.
