About the role
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team at Brant Community Healthcare System, supporting patient care across our Brantford and Paris sites.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy services to in‑patient and out‑patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe medication use.
- Participate in urgent care and transitional care pharmacy activities.
Required profile
- Current registration as a pharmacist in Ontario.
- Commitment to patient‑first care and teamwork.
Required skills
- Pharmacy dispensing and medication management.
