Radiologist – Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

We are seeking an experienced radiologist to join Care Medical Imaging in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The role involves supervising laboratory activities, performing and interpreting a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, and preparing detailed reports for clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory activities, ensuring quality and compliance with protocols.
• Order laboratory tests, X‑rays and other diagnostic procedures as required.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive imaging reports to referring physicians.
• Perform X‑ray examinations and other imaging tests with precision.
• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to capture and record diagnostic images.
• Operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners for advanced imaging studies.
• Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners for cross‑sectional imaging.
• Discuss findings and workflow with supervisors to maintain high standards of care.

Required profile

• Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry.
• Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
• Specialization in diagnostic radiology.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in medical imaging.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
