About the role

The Pharmacist will join Brant Community Healthcare System to provide clinical pharmacy coverage across multiple clinical areas. The position does not require overnight or on‑call shifts, offering a predictable work schedule within a supportive hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
