About the role
We are looking for a Personal Support Worker to provide home support to clients in Sudbury. The role involves delivering personal care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
- Assist with regular exercise, meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
- Change non‑sterile dressings, collect specimens, and plan therapeutic diets.
- Provide companionship and support clients with mobility and daily living tasks.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in personal support or home care.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
