About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide in‑home care for clients in Edmonton. This part‑time position may transition to full‑time, offering flexible hours to support client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Support clients during water activities such as pool use.
- Encourage and accompany clients on regular exercise, including walks.
- Assist with feeding or provide feeding support.
- Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry tasks.
- Shop for food and household supplies and prepare meals.
- Accompany clients on outdoor recreational activities.
Required profile
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, patient, and initiative‑driven.
- Organized team player with honesty and client‑focused attitude.
