Senior Project Manager – Dermatology/Rheumatology

About the role

Indero is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global dermatology and rheumatology clinical trials. The role serves as the primary contact for sponsors, ensuring trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison with sponsors, providing timely updates and leading client calls.
• Oversee project planning, including study plans, protocols, eCRFs, and clinical study reports.
• Maintain audit‑ready status, monitor deliverable quality, and manage risk mitigation.
• Control budgets, track internal hours, and manage change orders for out‑of‑scope activities.
• Lead and mentor the core project team, coordinating functional departments and vendors.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in a clinical research‑related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience, including at least 3 years in a CRO.
• At least 7 years of global clinical project management experience covering all phases from start‑up to closure.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country Phase III trials (10‑15+ countries) across regions such as NA, SA, APAC, MENA, and Europe.
• Therapeutic experience in dermatology, onco‑dermatology, rheumatoid arthritis, or oncology is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
