About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health team members.
• Coordinate and evaluate patient care, implementing interdisciplinary care plans.
• Interpret medical test results and order diagnostic or clinical tests.
• Advise patients on health care, conduct examinations, and take medical histories.
• Consult with physicians and other practitioners to assess physical and mental health.
