About the role

Zehrs is looking for enthusiastic Personal Shoppers to join its Orangeville store on an evening, part‑time basis. In this role you will pick and pack online orders, ensuring each customer receives a personalized and accurate shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries and maintain a positive store environment.
• Accurately select and pack items for e‑commerce orders, ensuring quality and correctness.
• Scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
• Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.

• Team‑player with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Resourceful and courteous when handling customer questions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
