About the role
Join Zehrs as a Personal Shopper and help deliver a personalized e‑commerce experience for customers in Barrie. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, providing friendly service and ensuring order accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with general inquiries and maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Accurately fill online orders with quality products and scan items for checkout.
- Process transactions using debit, credit, cash and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
Required profile
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and stay mobile throughout the shift.
