Performance Strategy Manager

About the role

The Performance Strategy Manager joins the Partners in Performance team, a global management‑consulting unit within Accenture. You will lead multi‑disciplinary engagements across the ANZ region, working directly with client partners to drive business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and measurable impact.
• Manage and coach a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing strategic guidance and overseeing implementation.
• Travel on‑site up to 80% of the time to support client workshops, assessments and project execution.
• Maintain responsibility for project financials, timelines and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of professional experience, preferably within a top‑tier strategy or management‑consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative emphasis (e.g., engineering, economics, mathematics, or related fields).
• Exceptional logical and analytical abilities with a proven track record of solving complex commercial problems.
• Fluent English, capable of interacting with stakeholders across North America and other global locations.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the role).
