Performance Strategy Associate – Frontline Change Agent

About the role

The Performance Strategy Associate joins the Partners in Performance team, a global management‑consulting practice within Accenture. You will act as a frontline change agent, delivering reliable data and rigorous analysis that drive real‑time improvement decisions for client organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coach client analysts and line managers, sharing analytical techniques and building strong relationships across the client site.
• Provide accurate data and insight to prioritize improvement opportunities and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Support client idea owners with technical and analytical assistance to ensure successful implementation of improvement ideas.
• Validate benefit streams by monitoring performance against expectations.
• Help embed a culture of continuous improvement so that the methodology remains part of the client’s business after the engagement.
• Travel on‑site up to 80% of the time, including to the US, Canada and other international locations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English, with regular interaction with English‑speaking stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the role).
