People Generalist – Sales Market

About the role

As a People Generalist focused on the Sales Market, you will support the full people agenda by executing HR processes, assisting employees and managers, and ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement activities. You will use data and insights to guide actions and help create a fair, compliant, and supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute employee life‑cycle processes and support business units with HR initiatives.
• Provide employee and labour relations support, including basic inquiries and union negotiation assistance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities to boost workplace satisfaction.
• Manage high‑quality recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for store management teams.
• Analyze people metrics, prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, and hiring, and track KPI outcomes linked to a fair working environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate HR reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
