Part‑Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role

Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy coverage across its two hospital sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective medication therapy for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication dispensing in a variety of clinical areas.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient medication regimens.
• Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid Ontario license.
• Ability to work part‑time hours with no overnight or on‑call requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
