About the role

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety protocols, SOPs, health and safety policies.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to meet customer needs.
• Process deli orders and prepare meat products.
• Maintain a clean, presentable work area.
• Execute product merchandising and promotional activities.
• Order and receive stock following inventory control procedures.
• Handle department shrink and ensure accurate stock records.
• Train and support junior staff members.
• Promote products to increase store sales.
• Participate in overall store cleanliness and safety initiatives.
