Parts and Service Sales Representative

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Parts & Service Sales Representative to drive aftermarket sales within a defined customer base in Saskatoon. You will identify opportunities, support customers, and help grow the business by focusing on productivity and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining product lines, emphasizing aftermarket products.
• Perform gap analysis on existing fleet, conduct quarterly audits, and identify sales opportunities.
• Participate as a key member of an account or sales team.
• Assess customers’ total potential by performing opportunity analysis per customer and site.
• Liaise with customers on aftermarket issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to customer development.
• Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical degree or two‑year college diploma.
• 4+ years of technical knowledge in heavy equipment/mining; sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in both French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical and data‑analysis abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
