Part-Time Reception Associate (Automotive Sales)

About the role

The Reception Associate works part‑time at Porsche Centre Langley, providing the first point of contact for customers and supporting the sales department. Compensation is $18‑$20 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers to the appropriate department or advisor.
• Answer phone calls professionally, take detailed messages and minimize hold time.
• Handle basic inquiries and refer more complex questions to the right staff.
• Perform clerical and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
• Update customer information in the CRM system and stay current on dealership procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any accidents promptly.

Required profile

• Versatile and able to multitask with changing priorities.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work with all team levels.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; a second language is preferred.
