Part-Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage across multiple inpatient and outpatient areas. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a supportive hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy services to diverse patient populations.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, compounding, and distribution of medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives, formulary management, and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date pharmacy records and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous learning.
