Part-time Merchandiser in Brandon

About the role

Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling is seeking a part‑time Merchandiser to work in grocery stores in Brandon. The role involves keeping Coke products fully stocked on shelves, displays and coolers, with a flexible schedule of about 20 hours per week. Compensation is $20.30 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish products on shelves, displays and coolers, moving items from backroom to sales floor using pallet jacks or hand‑trucks.
• Build, change or remove product displays, maintain signage and ensure clean, organized product space.
• Lift and position product packages up to 50 lb, perform kneeling, squatting and reaching tasks as needed.
• Organize backroom stock, monitor inventory levels, process damaged goods and complete required paperwork.
• Follow all company and store policies regarding safety, equipment use and sanitation.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and personal vehicle for work‑related travel.
• At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Operation of manual or powered pallet jacks and hand‑trucks.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to 50 lb and moving loads over 100 yards.
