Part-Time Cashier

About the role

Join the Rona store team in Regina as a part‑time cashier. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling purchases and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner.
• Process transactions precisely and accurately using the cash register.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout work stations.
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift.
• Follow company policies on loss prevention, health and safety.
• Perform other related tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and occasional outdoor work.
• Experience with cash register systems is an asset.
