Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Construction Support

About the role

Construction Angel Inc. is seeking a part‑time Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Chilliwack. You will help keep construction projects organized, support client communication, and ensure day‑to‑day administrative tasks run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
• Manage email inboxes and organize incoming information.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with project coordination and provide regular project updates.
• Support contract administration and document control.
• Help with invoicing and administrative support for multiple clients.
• Organize digital filing systems and company records.
• Maintain schedules, project information, and internal processes.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
