About the role
Network Solutions is seeking a Remote Outbound Sales Consultant to engage existing customers, understand their digital needs, and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio of domain, security, and web services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers using advanced dialer software and manual follow‑up.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on each customer’s business objectives.
- Educate customers on product features and how they can enhance online presence.
- Deliver personalized proposals that address specific challenges and goals.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport quickly.
- Passionate about helping small‑ and medium‑size businesses succeed online.

- Hourly base pay of $19.25 with uncapped commission potential (OTE up to $64,560).
