Outbound Sales Consultant – Remote

About the role

Network Solutions is seeking a Remote Outbound Sales Consultant to engage existing customers, understand their digital needs, and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio of domain, security, and web services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers using advanced dialer software and manual follow‑up.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on each customer’s business objectives.
• Educate customers on product features and how they can enhance online presence.
• Deliver personalized proposals that address specific challenges and goals.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and goal‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport quickly.
• Passionate about helping small‑ and medium‑size businesses succeed online.
