Organizational Transformation Manager (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC's Management and Organization Consulting team supports organizations in their transformation projects, from aligning operational models with business strategy to upskilling talent, improving engagement and managing change. As Organizational Transformation Manager, you will lead end-to-end transformation projects, including organizational diagnostics, operating model design, governance, roadmaps and change management. The position is bilingual (French and English) and follows the departure of a valued team member.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements.
• Take part in business development to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Lead several complex organizational design engagements at once.
• Run client workshops and lead client teams.
• Manage engagement economics, oversee quality of work and ensure delivery excellence.
• Coach others, mentor future leaders and contribute to PwC's thought leadership and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering organizational transformation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in-house roles.
• Proven experience in organizational assessments, operating model design, workforce and talent planning, AI organizational impact evaluation and change management.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and mentoring others.
• Experience leading proposals and presentations, and creating new sales opportunities.
• Fluency in English and French; prior consulting experience highly recommended.

The salary range is $112,400 - $162,400, with possible variable incentive pay. The position is based in Montreal and does not require work visa sponsorship.
