Order Entry Clerk

About the role

TTI Canada, part of Techtronic Industries Inc., is hiring a full-time, permanent Order Entry Clerk I for its Milwaukee team at the Ontario Service Hub in Georgina, Ontario. The clerk receives, enters and ships customer orders, and works in line with the essential job activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders
• Handle scrap orders and dispose of and distribute non-warrantable and customer-approved orders
• Update daily logs and prepare production reports
• Assist with training as needed and help investigate orders with technicians, management and customers
• Sort and distribute incoming product and confirm shipments
• Help with non-warrantable orders and practice 6S and safety
• Take action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction, and adapt to change and other assigned tasks

Required profile

• High school or GED diploma
• Shipping and receiving experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive motions

Required skills

• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent 10-key and typing skills
