Optics/Hunting Department Outfitter (Part‑Time)

About the role

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Outfitter will join a team dedicated to delivering a world‑class shopping experience. You will provide legendary customer service and share expert product knowledge with every guest who walks through the store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Promote company programs, promotions, and special offers.
• Maintain visual standards: signage, merchandise presentation, restocking, re‑merchandising, and cleaning the sales floor.
• Resolve customer issues using good judgment and logical problem‑solving.
• Support other store areas when business needs dictate.
• Stay informed about outdoor lifestyle trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to evaluate customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for the outdoors.
• Good judgment and logical decision‑making skills.
