Operations Supervisor

About the role

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a fast‑paced warehouse environment that supports last‑mile logistics across three continents. You will be the central point for safety, workflow coordination, and team performance, ensuring that packages move efficiently from receipt to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety protocols, conduct audits, and respond to emergencies to maintain a hazard‑free workplace.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management and the full package‑handling process, including quality checks on returns.
• Create driver bookings, generate next‑day route plans, and coordinate with the Optimization team.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident and inventory logs; produce daily reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Coach, train and onboard warehouse staff and drivers, handling performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to conduct regular safety inspections.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on meeting service standards.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
