About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant chain in Burnaby. The role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and oversee staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, train staff, and determine types of services to be offered.
- Implement operational procedures, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
