About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team at Triple O's in Burnaby. The role involves supporting the kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, handling dishes, and assisting with simple food preparation in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Operate dishwashers and hand‑wash items, then store them properly.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, appliances, cupboards, and kitchen equipment.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs and remove kitchen garbage.
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items; wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars and replenish condiments at tables.
- Sweep, mop and polish floors; receive, unpack and store supplies.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
