Operations Director – Construction Services

About the role

The Operations Director will lead construction services for renovation projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts and site supervision. This senior role reports to senior management and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules, monitor progress and milestones.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions and manage contractual changes.
• Establish and implement quality‑control policies and procedures.
• Develop risk‑management plans and identify natural risks.
• Supervise construction sites and coordinate activities to meet building specifications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, sound judgement and accountability.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
