Operations Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking an Operations Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support its Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations. You will ensure inventory, systems, and processes run smoothly, enabling a premium luxury shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day distribution centre and eCommerce activities, handling communication, issue resolution, and priority management.
• Coordinate operational workflows to meet service level agreements, productivity targets, and customer commitments.
• Manage Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) inventory, including ordering, replenishment, tracking, and distribution of supplies.
• Perform inventory control tasks such as cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and adjustments.
• Assist with bi‑monthly and annual inventory counts, ensuring accurate reporting and timely issue resolution.
• Support system reconciliation between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP, investigating transaction failures and data exceptions.
• Maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor performance, inventory accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
• Provide additional support during peak periods and special projects.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and transaction management.
