Operations Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the Oakridge Centre store team by driving profitability, efficiency, and a safe, inviting environment. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, this part‑time role ensures inventory accuracy, visual standards, and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and partner with the General/Store Manager to address gaps.
• Support shipment receipt, reverse transfers, sales‑floor recovery, intra‑day replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and champion a clean, safe stockroom.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Assist with visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
• Leverage metrics to inform business‑driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric sales or operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for an entire shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
