Operational Risk Analyst

About the role

As an Operational Risk Analyst you will help prevent, analyze, and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions. You will support compliance, internal controls, crisis management, and the protection of personal information and property.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decisions and monitor policy application.
• Analyze risks, write reports and make actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and propose action plans to address issues in line with rules and parameters.
• Develop and document methods, processes and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and provide discipline‑specific support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in risk analysis or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of French is required; intermediate English (oral and written) is required.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to manage complexity and communicate findings effectively.
