Online Instructor – Global Supply Chain Management (Part‑Time)

About the role

Granville College is seeking an experienced professional to teach the Post‑Diploma Global Supply Chain Management program in a fully online, synchronous format. The role is contract‑based and part‑time, focusing on delivering live, interactive sessions that bring real‑world supply‑chain expertise to adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led classes via a virtual platform, ensuring engaging and structured delivery.
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, and practical examples that reflect global supply‑chain challenges.
• Assess student performance through assignments, midterms, and final exams, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and manage course content within the Canvas learning management system.
• Support student success through clear communication, academic guidance, and prompt grading.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of full‑time industry experience in supply‑chain, logistics, procurement, or operations (or ten years of directly related experience).
• Prior experience in adult education or post‑secondary teaching is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global supply‑chain practices, including logistics, procurement, and international trade.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canvas LMS.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual instruction.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain analytics tools and ERP systems.
• Understanding of artificial‑intelligence applications in supply‑chain management.
