About the role
As an Onboarding Consultant at CloudTalk, you will guide new customers through their first experience with our AI‑powered business calling platform. You will ensure they quickly realize value, adopt key features, and set the foundation for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Own the beginning of the customer journey by leading onboarding for new CloudTalk users.
- Drive timely product adoption and guide clients through best‑practice usage.
- Act as a trusted product expert, helping customers leverage advanced AI calling features.
- Identify renewal and expansion opportunities, supporting revenue retention.
Required profile
- Customer‑first mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software products deeply.
- Fluent English; additional languages not required.
Required skills
- Experience with customer support or success platforms such as Zendesk, Custify, Planhat or HubSpot.
