Customer Care Crew

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and customer‑obsessed individual to join our Customer Care Crew. In this role you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the Province of Canada brand, handling inquiries, exchanges, returns and feedback while representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer service inbox across email, Chatra, phone and other channels, responding promptly and courteously.
• Process exchanges, returns and order adjustments, ensuring a smooth and empathetic experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate any product feedback to relevant teams.
• Assist with keeping website content, product information and collections up‑to‑date.
• Support quality control, inventory checks, production needs and general office operations as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in online customer service, e‑commerce or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Fluent in English; French fluency strongly preferred.
