About the role
The Office Administrator will ensure smooth daily operations at Marina Bay Academy, supporting staff, students and visitors. This full‑time permanent position is based in West Vancouver and offers a dynamic environment where administrative excellence is valued.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Administer policies related to record releases under government access‑to‑information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor performance.
- Supervise technicians, assistants, students, interns, staff or volunteers.
- Plan and arrange accommodation and transportation services.
- Establish and refine office procedures and routines.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Certificate or diploma in a trade or related field.
- Ability to work flexible, early‑morning or overtime hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
