Nurse Aide – Home Healthcare Support

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Aide to provide essential support to patients in their homes. You will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well‑being while assisting with daily medical and personal care tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning, sterilising and assembling medical equipment in patients' homes.
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding patients.
- Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature and pulse, and record them accurately.
- Transport patients safely between care facilities using wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Maintain patient rooms, make beds, and manage inventory of supplies.
- Respond to call signals, administer first aid in emergencies, and ensure patient comfort.
Required profile
- One to two years of experience in home health care or a similar setting.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting.
- Strong client focus, reliability and teamwork orientation.
- Clear communication skills in English.
