About the role
Thompson Hotel Ltd. is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee hotel operations during evening and overnight shifts in Kamloops, BC. The role involves supervising staff, assisting guests with special needs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all hotel services throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise night‑time staff and perform the same duties as the workers they oversee.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring a high level of service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks for the night shift team.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity.
