Escape Room Attendant (Part‑time)

About the role

Exit Escape Adventures in Kamloops is seeking a friendly part‑time Escape Room Attendant to welcome guests, guide them through the experience and keep the rooms ready for the next group. The role involves working evenings, weekends and occasional holidays, with a flexible schedule of 5‑15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain game rules and deliver pre‑game briefings.
• Provide hints during gameplay and address any guest concerns.
• Reset and clean escape rooms efficiently after each session.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain the thematic décor and assist in building new room designs.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures, including general cleaning.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Availability to work evenings, nights and weekends (Friday‑Sunday preferred).
• Secondary school education preferred; driving licence a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed reset procedures and keep the venue tidy.

What we offer

• Flexible schedule with shifts from 2 pm to 1:30 am.
• Starting wage of $18.50 CAD per hour.
