About the role
RONA+ is seeking a Night Crew Department Manager to lead the night shift team in its Windsor store. You will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff according to set priorities, company requirements and labour budget.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Execute merchandising directives from the Store Manager and manage replenishment processes.
- Coordinate promotional activities, monitor market trends and competitor actions.
- Assist in recruiting, scheduling and coaching department personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in personnel and retail management.
- Strong leadership, resourcefulness and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
