Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor will manage overnight hotel operations at the Radisson Hotel Winnipeg Downtown, ensuring accurate financial reporting while delivering high‑quality guest service during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit, reconcile all daily transactions and produce end‑of‑day financial reports.
• Balance guest accounts, verify room rates, charges and payment transactions.
• Process guest arrivals, departures and reservations using OPERA PMS.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns and requests.
• Communicate operational updates to management and front‑office staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel environment.
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA Property Management System.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
