NextAxiom Developer/Architect (6‑month contract)

About the role

Akkodis is looking for an experienced NextAxiom Developer/Architect to deliver a six‑month assignment for a client in Oshawa. The role involves leading the technical architecture of the NextAxiom Computer‑Based Procedures (CBP) solution and configuring the platform to meet functional and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall CBP solution architecture and integration design with SAP S/4HANA EAM, SAP BTP, Primavera P6 and an EDMS.
• Lead architecture decisions, establish configuration standards, and produce a Solution Design Description.
• Design data models, interface contracts and API standards; conduct technical workshops and align stakeholders.
• Support UAT design, validation strategy and ensure compliance with nuclear/regulatory constraints.
• Configure NextAxiom workflows, digital forms and user interactions; execute platform setup according to architectural standards.
• Validate integrations, perform data‑mapping verification, interface testing and system testing; troubleshoot defects and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with integration, business and development teams and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a NextAxiom consultant or similar digital workflow platform specialist.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA EAM, SAP Business Technology Platform, Primavera P6 and electronic document management systems.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or nuclear environments.
• Ability to lead technical workshops, guide developers and enforce quality standards.
