nCino Functional Consultant – Banking Consulting

About the role

The position is part of Accenture's Banking Consulting practice, focusing on functional consulting for the nCino platform. You will support business and technology transformation initiatives for wholesale lending clients, helping them redesign processes and adopt digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise banking clients on the design and implementation of nCino solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and define functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional design and technical delivery.
• Support change management activities and client training.
• Deliver project artefacts, including functional specifications, process maps, and testing plans.

Required profile

• Mid‑level management consulting experience, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of wholesale lending processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
