Naturopathic Doctor – Functional & Anti‑Aging Medicine

About the role

Next Health is seeking an experienced Naturopathic Doctor to join its Health Optimization and Longevity Center in Vancouver. The role focuses on functional, integrative, and anti‑aging medicine, helping clients achieve long‑term wellness through evidence‑informed, holistic care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient consultations, assess health goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, including blood work and specialty panels.
• Prescribe natural and pharmaceutical therapies within scope of licensure.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Educate patients and families on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, wellness practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a team‑based approach.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and stay current with research in functional and naturopathic medicine.

Required profile

• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of the NPLEX and current ND licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Board certification or demonstrated expertise in functional medicine, women’s/men’s health, anti‑aging, or bio‑identical hormone replacement therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a patient‑centered attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to conduct and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
