About the role
CT Nails is seeking an experienced manager to lead daily operations of its nail salon in Lloydminster. The role involves overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate and organize daily salon operations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget, inventory and marketing contracts.
- Hire, train and supervise salon personnel.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience managing a nail salon or similar retail service environment.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
