Nail Salon Manager

About the role

Rose's Nails is seeking an experienced manager to lead daily operations of its busy nail salon in Edmonton. The role combines hands‑on nail services with staff leadership, budgeting, and customer satisfaction responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, evaluate and control daily salon operations.
• Plan and organise schedules, appointments and inventory.
• Manage budget, control costs and oversee stock levels.
• Hire, train, supervise and schedule a team of 5‑10 staff members.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high service quality.
• Perform pedicures, manicures, custom nail designs, gel and acrylic extensions, and apply/remove artificial nails.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise a team of 5‑10 employees.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility, organization, reliability and a team‑player mindset.
