About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our bustling City Centre Inn restaurant in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets for food, beverages, and supplies to maximize profit.
• Monitor daily revenues and labour costs, adjusting staffing as needed.
• Set and manage staff work schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts.
• Evaluate and improve operational procedures and service offerings.
• Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete financial reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial and operational tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to handle heavy loads and remain on feet for extended periods.
