Mobile Maintenance Technician – Industrial Sites

About the role

The Mobile Maintenance Technician will support several mixed‑use industrial locations, ensuring that office, warehouse and light‑manufacturing facilities remain operational and compliant. Based in Drummondville, the role involves travelling to sites in Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa to perform routine upkeep and coordinate maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, light plumbing, fire‑safety equipment and general building components such as lighting.
• Execute basic repairs and respond to service requests across multiple sites.
• Manage work orders and service requests using a CMMS, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, escort them onsite, and align their work with production schedules.
• Prioritise tasks and schedule maintenance activities to minimise disruption to operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in Drummondville and able to travel to several sites each week.
• Bilingual in English and French, with client‑facing communication skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities to work with vendors and internal teams.
