Microsoft Dynamics 365 Legal Case Management SME

About the role

Infosys Public Services is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Legal Case Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design, delivery and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for legal services. The role will work closely with stakeholders across the software development life‑cycle, from requirements gathering to architecture, coding, testing and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory expertise on legal case management, litigation support, document management and workflow processes within Dynamics 365.
• Translate legal service requirements into configurations, security models, records‑management processes and reporting capabilities.
• Create high‑level design artifacts and deliver high‑quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation activities for unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing and support implementation, transition and warranty phases.
• Ensure solutions comply with legal, privacy, security, governance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mississauga (or commuting distance).
